My Approach

Perhaps you’ve tried other more traditional therapies to combat your problems but my approach is refreshingly different

I don’t require you to commit to many sessions, or ask you to dive into your back-story. This is because I am not a councillor or psychotherapist.  I am a fast change facilitator.
How we deal and cope with problems tends to be the problem itself. The way we navigate circumstances rather than the circumstance itself causes us to suffer. So the circumstance/’story’ is less important, it’s how you are dealing with it that matters.
This is where emotional ‘stuckness’ can come from, unhelpful behaviours and chronic pain forms.
I approach every individual and every problem from a fresh perspective, using your own subconscious cues. I draw on 3 main areas of remedy and tailor them specifically to your needs.

My approach to Mind Coaching

You Learn, Discover and Explore. This is an educational-based approach, and this means that every session you will come away with more insights into yourself, more knowledge in how your mind works and answers to long-standing questions or questions you didn’t know you had.

My approach to Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, a doorway to changing habits, patterns, unwanted behaviours. It is an easy, safe, and highly effective method for deep change. Hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind. It is here where you can undo the motivation behind what is triggering your unwanted behaviour.

How I approach hands-on Pain Relief

I use a combination of therapies depending on the problem you have. I utilise gentle rebalancing therapies, Emmett Technique, Bowen Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy. When I work I address the body as a Whole, the Body & Mind as One with a specific focus on helping you to remedy the problem.

How many sessions will I need?

I invite most clients to commit to 3 sessions and that is generally all that is required to help overcome a specific problem

Yes, some people do need or want more and also many only require the one, it is always different, so this is just a guide for you.
