Self confidence, having trust and faith in yourself.
If you don’t believe in yourself, you falter, there’s uncertainty, doubt, inability to make decisions. The impact that this has in the moment of happening is unpleasant and then the knock on on effect into the future extends beyond the initial piece. It certainly doesn’t help to improve your self confidence.
Any problems or barriers, such as learning difficulties, what we think about ourselves, depression, can all lead to low self confidence. Have a look at some of the common mental health problems and barriers people are dealing with today.
I’m collaborating with 5 other professionals to create and deliver a programme for building and improving your own self confidence.
It’s a step by step process starting with physical and mental fitness. then leading into connecting with your true self through mind workings, meditation and Hypnotherapy. All this being developed and then maintained through planning and journalling to create a solid foundation. This is then what you will build on as you naturally take it with you everywhere. It will become part of you.

My part in this improving self confidence experience is through the power of words. I’ll be using hypnosis to recall and revivify your existing self confidence. We will then be intertwining it throughout the very core of your being spreading to the areas where you would like more. (if you believe you don’t have any, You Do, and i can help you notice it)

What areas of your life are you already succeeding in and when you think about this in terms of faith in your abilities and trust in your self, what are you noticing.

That is what I would like to share and show in this programme.
There will be insights into hypnosis in the first session, what it is, how it works and then the next two are more about the experience.
After the 3rd week, there will be gifts from us all. Short 10 minute videos or audios with more tools and ways for increasing your self confidence in a way thats right for you.
This may not be for everyone, but I honestly believe with the elements that are being covered and the easy process to creating and planning means there are going to be gems and nuggets. Who knows what kind of treasure each individual will be discovering.
You’ll know for yourself what its like to feel good, enjoying confidence, having a good day. You’ll also know what its like to hold back, to not do something that you want to do. Perhaps because of fear of failure, perhaps shame or guilt, or maybe even an element of hanging your head low and shying away……..
