For all online sessions, it’s important to be comfortable and set up prior to the call so we can make the most of our time together. Check that the light allows you to see and to be seen. Set up your computer screen so I can get a full view of your head down to your waist as I will need to see your arms and hands – (your computer can be further away than you think). If you are new to online meetings, I can help guide you through.
Remember to charge your device.
